Harmonies scores everything at game end: five terrain types with their own little rules, plus the animal cubes you placed along the way. The traps live in the details.
1Trees
Each tree scores by how tall you built it: 1 point for a lone green token, 3 points for green on one brown, and 7 points for green on two browns. Only the green top makes it a tree — brown stacks with nothing on top score nothing.
2Mountains
Mountains use the same 1 / 3 / 7 ladder by height, with a catch: a mountain scores only if it's adjacent to at least one other mountain. A lonely peak scores zero, which is the single most common Harmonies scoring mistake.
3Fields
Every group of two or more connected yellow field tokens scores a flat 5 points — and growing a group beyond two doesn't add more. Two separate pairs (10 points) beat one sprawling group of four (5 points). Spread your gold.
4Buildings
Each red building scores 5 points if the tokens around it include at least three different colors. Buildings love busy neighborhoods — tuck them where terrain types collide.
5Rivers
Score your single longest connected river: 2 points for 2 tokens, then 5, 8, 11, and 15 for lengths 3 through 6, plus 4 more for each token beyond that. Only the longest river counts, so one grand waterway beats a delta of streams.
6Animal Cards
Each time you completed an animal card's habitat pattern, you moved a cube from the card onto your board — and each placed cube is worth the points shown on that card's track. Later cubes from the same card are worth more, so specializing in a few animals usually beats dabbling in many.
7Nature Spirits
Playing with the Nature Spirit module? Each spirit card you completed scores its printed points. Skip this row for the base game — it's an optional module included in the box.
